We would like our new colleague to have some experience in recruitment, at least 6 months, and is a fast learner and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility for roles from different industries: Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing;
• Create job postings;
• Researches various sourcing tools for potential fulfillment of a position;
• Reviews resumes and determines if a potential match to an open position;
• Interviews with potential candidates and evaluation of the match with the client's profile;

Requirements: 

• Fluent in English;
• previous experience in a similar position for at least 6 months
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office;
• Good Customer relationship capacity
