• Sourcing/recruitment experience - min 1 year

• Previous experience with cold calling, phone customer support

• Previous experience with LinkedIn - Boolean search

• Great communication skills, proactive mindset, adaptability

Responsibilities

• Offer support to local recruiters regarding specific roles

• Contact with clients and hiring managers as well as the local recruiters

• Understanding the position and suitable profiles of candidate

• Job posting on multiple platforms depending on the role

• Sourcing and screening

• First call with candidates

• Submitting suitable candidates to local recruiters
